Favour initially served us, and she was great; handling of our initial inquiries and documents was smooth, and when she left, we were handed over to John, who kept in communication with critical information about our purchase – then Juliet came into the picture who bridged the process flawlessly, she was great to deal with, always responded the same day (as she said she would) and worked fantastic under pressure. Everything was done on the dot as per the settlement date, and she also took the lead in facilitating what needed to be done between the developers & our bank.
