We had an excellent experience with Stefanie she was efficient, professional and super patient with a couple of 60 + clients as everything had to be done via video call including document signing. Would highly recommend. Plus the fee charged was very reasonable as she had to do some additional work on our behalf.

Excellent service from the get-go. Favour initially served us, and she was great; handling of our initial inquiries and documents was smooth, and when she left, we were handed over to John, who kept in communication with critical information about our purchase – then Juliet came into the picture who bridged the process flawlessly, she was great to deal with, always responded the same day (as she said she would) and worked fantastic under pressure. Everything was done on the dot as per the settlement date, and she also took the lead in facilitating what needed to be done between the developers & our bank.

They communicated very well and everything went well early on the day of settlement. Highly recommended.
